Conditions of Booking & Entry:
Please read and confirm you’ve read the following conditions upon making or accepting your booking. (Mainly relates to COVID-19). Given the heightened environment we’re in, it is important you respect this request for Health and Safety reasons.
- NSW Government directive – If you have any cold/flu symptoms, respiratory illness, feeling unwell, have been in a COVID19 hotspot including contact with people, your booking will not be accepted.
- You must bring your own face mask and wear this during the session.
- You must sanitise your hands upon entering and leaving the premises.
- If you present any obvious flu-like symptoms upon arrival or during the session, you will be asked to leave.
- Strict hygiene practices in place to protect the Work, Health and Safety of all persons.
- Only 1 Person (Client) can enter the premises. There is no waiting area for other persons.

I Heart Lashes operates strictly by appointment only. Please SMS (preferably) to check for availability.
Your appointment will only be accepted once confirmation is made (you receive an SMS). Please note at times we may be busy with a client, however will respond ASAP. For all other general enquiries or questions, please e-mail us or use the contact form below.

I Heart Lashes is a boutique / private home studio, therefore address will only provided once booking is confirmed. For safety and security reasons, Only ONE person (the client) can enter our premises at any given time. There is NO sitting or waiting area within the premises. There is plenty of residential off street parking available.

- Cash is preferred. Please bring the correct change as we don’t keep cash on premises.
- Credit & Debit Cards accepted including; Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Eftpos cards not supported.
We operate by strict appointments. In cases of lateness for lash extensions, please note your appointment may be shortened to accommodate for the next client. To make the most of your allocated appointment and ensure you have a relaxing session with amazing end results, we would appreciate if you could arrive on time.
If you’re unable to make your appointment and need to reschedule, please be courteous and notify us at the most earliest opportunity. Likewise, if we need to cancel your appointment due to personal circumstances we will contact you accordingly.
